Back in the summertime, sources spotted a three-door Audi A1 prototype in the European market that was said to be the future S1 Quattro.
As it gets up, the Ingolstadt auto manufacturer is also trying out a five-door edition of the S1 Quattro Sportback.
The company’s “S” series cars may be different in dimension, characters and engine capabilities, however there is one thing similar on all vehicles and that’s the quad exhaust pipes that turn their manifestation on this tester.

The innovative Audi S1 Quattro cars will be meeker, less influential but also more low-priced and widely accessible as against the extreme 256PS (253bhp) A1 Quattro of which just 333 numbered examples were built up.
The S1 will utilize the Volkswagen Group’s 2.0-liter TSI turbocharged and straightly-injected 4-cylinder engine, likely tuned up to present somewhere around 220 to 230 HP, linked to a manual or a DSG gear case and Audi’s quattro all-wheel drive mechanism.

There’s nothing official from Audi, but we could witness the S1 vehicles taking a bow as early as next year.
