Peugeot’s 1.6L Engine Wins 2013 Engine of the Year Award

Wobbling out 200 bhp, the Peugeot’s 1.6L gasoline had claimed title of 2013 Engine of the Year Award in the 1.4-1.8 liter category. It has acquired this prestigious derivation from being held under the hoods of 208 GTI and RCZ Sports Coupe models. Being manufactured in the facility of Douvrin, France, the same engine is also used to power 308 lineup as well.

TVR to Comeback with Ferrari Rivaling Sportscar

Russian banker Nikolai Smolensky, the owner of TVR, now sold back the organization to a British owner just last week! What we could mean here one can understand it easily. Hence, revealing the myth we are concluding that British supercar maker TVR may do a comeback soon in a very short span of time.
As the deal had been cracked with an Englishman named Les Edgar, prices are kept undercover. Moreover, TVR is also seen flashing “Never say never” slogan on its official website for the past seven days. Fiat Gearing Up To Purchase the Remaining 41.5% Equity Stake In Chrysler

As per latest reports, Fiat is readying to get hold of the remaining 41.5% equity stake in Chrysler which in turn, would award it complete ownership of the Detroit auto manufacturer.
The well known Italian auto manufacturer has gradually augmented its equity stake in the Detroit-based firm since taking it out of insolvency in the year 2009.
At the present time, the company holds 58.5% equity stake in the firm, and the latest news said that Fiat is making talks with the United Auto Workers’ retired person health care trust about purchasing the staying 41.5% of Chrysler possessed by the trust.
The report also stated that there is a clash over how much the equity stake is valuated at; it is said to be around Rs 20,000 crore, even though a legal verdict will settle on the exact price.

Hyundai Lands its First Hydrogen Powered Vehicle ix35 in Europe

Remained in the hype of media for last some days, Hyundai had finally made the appearance of ix35. The first 15 units of bespoken model plate are sent to the City of Copenhagen in Denmark for the opening ceremony of country’s first hydrogen refueling station there. ix35 is one of its kind product in this worlds, as had been made on the assembly line, and to be the only production specific hydrogen powered car in industry for now.
Learning more about the ix35 it was revealed, it can run up to 594km (369 miles) in single fuel tank recharge and can also attain top speed of 160 km/h (100 mph).
