With the aim to entice hot wheels buffs of all age groups, General Motors has brought out the Camaro Hot Wheels version, which is the first-ever full-scale production Hot Wheels Vehicle offered for sale by any car manufacturer.
The Hot Wheels Vehicle will hit Chevrolet dealerships by early 2013.
Chris Perry, vice president of Chevrolet Marketing stated, “Most of us matured playing with Hot Wheels.” “Providing a special production model of the Camaro Hot Wheels is a chance to fetch those memories to life, for children of all age brackets.”
According to Felix Holst, vice president of creative for the Mattel Wheels Division, “It has been around 20 years since I commenced designing vehicles for Hot Wheels and I have yet to drive one home.”
“Personally, I can’t wait to open the doors and witness the Hot Wheels Camaro sitting in the garage,” Felix Holst added up.
The appearance of the Camaro Hot Wheels Edition replicates the signals that Hot Wheels buffs recognize, comprising a lively, graphics-accented metallic paint design. The outcome is instantaneously identifiable as a Hot Wheels.
The Camaro Hot Wheels version will be obtainable in V8 car with manual as well as mechanical transmission, combining exterior signals of the best ever Camaro ZL1 with a Kinetic Blue exterior shade and exclusive graphics. Exterior highlights consist of:
- ZL1 back spoiler
- ZL1 front upper fencing
- Ground effects package, comprising front splitter and rocker treatment
- Black 20-inch wheels
- Two-tone dull hood graphic and back light panel “blackout” graphic
